If you created an account in the LongPro Pest Control app, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing info@longpropc.com from the same email address used in the app.

What to include:
• Subject: “Account Deletion Request”
• Your full name (optional)
• The email/phone used for your account

What happens next:
• We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
• We will delete: profile info, saved pest IDs, in-app history, and any files you uploaded.
• We may retain data required for legal, security, or billing purposes as permitted by law (e.g., fraud logs, tax records).

If you’re unable to email us from your account address, contact info@longpropc.com and we’ll provide a secure verification step.
